How can I save my game progress? | |
To save your game progress, you need to link your Funky Bay account to your Facebook profile. To do this, go to Settings and press "Connect” next to the Facebook icon. |

I lost all my progress. How can I restore it? | |
If you were connected to Facebook, you can try linking your game to your Facebook profile again in the settings menu. If this doesn't help, please contact support. |

Can I start a new game? | |
Unfortunately, the game doesn't have this option. It may appear in the future. |

How can I transfer my game progress to a new device? | |
To transfer your game progress to a new device, you need to link your Funky Bay account to the Facebook profile you are connected to on the old device. When connected, the game will prompt you to select the progress you want to load on this device: the old progress from the previous device, or the new progress from the new device, where you will start the game from the very beginning. Please be careful when choosing — you could accidentally save the wrong game progress and lose it forever. |

Can I use one account to play on multiple devices? | |
Yes, you can use one account to play on multiple devices if you link your Funky Bay account to the same Facebook profile on all your devices. |

A building (decoration, field) is missing. | |
If you can't see a building, please try searching for it in your Shop in the Buildings tab. It may also be under construction on your Farm |

My Gems or other items are missing. | |
If you're missing some of your items, please make sure that you didn't accidentally spend them on something in the game. Some actions, such as purchasing energy at expedition locations, purchasing items for tokens at the Captains’ Store, and purchasing coins do not require re-confirmation. If this is not the case, please contact technical support. |
