You need to link your Facebook account to the game in order to see them. 2) You can add friends using the dedicated button in the lower right corner. How do I change Neighborhood?
Any member of a Neighborhood can leave it by tapping Quit in the Neighborhood information window. If you are the only player in the Neighborhood, it will be deleted. If you are the leader of the Neighborhood and there are other members, you first have to promote another player to leader. Otherwise, you cannot quit the Neighborhood. If you change several Neighborhoods in one day, you will have to wait a certain period of time before joining another Neighborhood. |
|
How do I send a product request to other players?
Once every 3 hours you can request a product type you want to from your neighbors. You can only request products that are available at your level. Exceptions are construction materials, keys and seashells. You have to get these yourself and cannot request them in the Neighborhood chat. Requests are made through the chat window. The amount requested is set automatically. Once the request is completed, you can collect the requested items from the chat window. If you don’t take the items from the completed request, you cannot make a new request. |

What roles and powers are available in the Neighborhood?
There are three types of Neighborhood members: The Neighborhood leader, elders, and common members. 1) Neighborhood Leader Only one player can be the Neighborhood leader. By default, it is the player who created the Neighborhood. If the leader wants to quit the Neighborhood, they must first transfer the leadership to one of the elders. If the leader wants to appoint a common member as the new leader, this member must be promoted to an elder. Then the leader role will become available for this member. The leader can change any of the Neighborhood's settings. The leader can change the roles of all members, change the Neighborhood logo and description, change the rules of admission, and accept and exclude members from the Neighborhood. 2) Elders This is the second highest role after the leader. They can change the Neighborhood logo and description, change the rules of admission, and exclude ordinary members from the Neighborhood. They cannot change the status of the leader or other elders or exclude them. 3) Common members This is the default role for all newcomers. They only have access to basic options (chat, trade, regatta, help). Ordinary members cannot change Neighborhood settings or the roles of other members. |

When the Neighborhood editing window opens, tap Change Logo under the logo. Choose the shape, symbol, pattern and color of the Neighborhood logo in the window that appears. You can also view the new logo in this window. If you don't like the changes, you can exit the editing window without saving. If you're happy with the result, tap Finish.
